With the Mevo+ license, you don't have access to online play against others anyway, so just download the courses, play locally alone or with buddies, and every 5 times or so you may need to launch E6 while connected to your home WiFi again like GungHoGolf mentioned, just to let the app validate your license. and I lose my ability to connect to my HDMI cable/projector via that same firewire port, so I just play offline and don't worry about saving my E6 range data. I've heard of some that have gotten a dongle that allows you to connect an ethernet cable to your firewire port on the iPad so you can connect to the internet via ethernet, and connect your wifi to the Mevo+. so I think it's only an option if you have an iPad with cellular data, or an iPhone with a data plan. I haven't figured out a way to have offline data stored to my E6 account later. I find what you lose though, is the ability for E6 to save your range data and such to their cloud, since you are playing offline. once you get those things sorted, you can select your profile, and play the ranges and 5 courses while offline. there's a setting to allow your profile to be available for selection while offline as well, I just forgot where to find it, but it's helpful if you find that and select it as well. A wireless webcam mode was in development. The latest information is that in wired mode the Mevo and Mevo Plus models may only achieve 480p (with Beta drivers). Mevo Inc are working on webcam drivers for the Mevo and Mevo Plus. set it up, and be sure to download all the courses so you can later play them offline when when connected to the Mevo+ WiFi. The Mevo and Mevo Plus cameras are not webcam devices and don’t currently have drivers for Windows or Mac. for an iPad without cellular data, you need to launch E6 while connected to your home WiFi first.
